This study examines changes in the intracellular proteome of Streptomyces scabies, the main causative agent of potato common scab disease. The dataset presents a proteomic analysis performed using electrospray mass spectrometry (ES MS/MS) on the extracted total intracellular protein of S. scabies. The analysis was carried out under three conditions: in the presence of tubers of Russet Burbank and Yukon Gold potato cultivars and in the absence of plant material.
