The table provides the number of WCB accepted occupational fatalities by different age group in the most current year. It also provides the number of people in employment by different age groups. The fatality frequency rate was calculated by dividing the number of fatality claims from workers of different age group to the number of workers employed and multiply the result by one million. The number of fatalities was counted based on the fatality claim acceptance year.
