- Three different groups of files are present in this repository: 1) the raw data 2) the code to reproduce the analyses, and 3) the output from the reproducible analysis and tables presented in the paper.
1) raw data :
data.all.RData and data.all.xlsx : All data for all the calves in the project in RData and Excel format.
data.7500.RData and data.7500.xlsx : Data for the calves in the MinIntake analysis in the project in RData and Excel format.
data.colname.definitions.xlsx : Definition of the columns present in files data.all and data.7500.
2) the code :
adlib_recan_analysis.Rmd : This is the R markdown file to run (e.g. in R studio) to reproduce all the analysis of the paper.
analysis.R : The script generating Table 1 and Table 2 of the paper.
3) the output from the code:
adlib_recan_analysis.html : The R markdown output in html format.
table1.xls : Table 1 presented in the paper.
