Description:
Figure 4.1 displays the rates per 100 population of the selected chronic diseases in the local geographic area, by calendar year. The prevalence rates refer to the number of diagnosed individuals at a given time and have been standardized by age. This table is part of "Alberta Health Primary Health Care - Community Profiles" report published March 2019. La figure 4.1 montre les taux pour 100 habitants des maladies chroniques sélectionnées dans la zone géographique locale, par année civile. Les taux de prévalence se réfèrent au nombre de personnes diagnostiquées à un moment donné et ont été standardisés en fonction de l'âge. Ce tableau fait partie du rapport « Alberta Health Primary Health Health - Community Profiles » publié en mars 2019.
