- Description:
- The Sick Leave dataset captures legal guarantees for any sick leave whether through the employer or social insurance and whether paid or unpaid. Variables include wage replacement rate, length of leave, eligibility, and whether leave is funded by the employer or social insurance. Longitudinal data is available for every year between 1995 and 2016 for 193 UN Member States.
