Would you like to know more about the history of mining in BC? Or are you a prospector looking for gold and other treasures? Since 1947, BC has been keeping track of various mining, drilling and other exploration-related activities throughout the province. The Assessment Reports Indexing System (ARIS) makes all that data available to you. The BC Data Catalogue also has an ARIS Database entry with access to download the index of the the over 38,300 mineral assessment reports filed.
