Polygon representation of accessory parking prohibition areas in the Downtown Halifax zone as defined in the Regional Centre Land Use By-law.
To identify areas where accessory surface parking lots are prohibited in the Downtown Halifax zone, as defined in Schedule 49 of the Regional Centre Land Use By‐law.
Reference to the complete package is required to determine permitted land uses in the Regional Centre Plan and By‐law. Contact HRM Planning & Development.
