This data has been de-identified. This dataset represents the results of a survey of University of Calgary researchers who received TriAgency Funding. The purpose of this study is to develop and test Open Badges as a means of recognizing researchers' compliance with the Tri-Agency Open Access Policy on publications. The survey showed researchers an Open Badge associated with a publication archived in PRISM: the University of Calgary’s digital repository. Respondents were then be invited to give their opinions about the value of an Open Badge that demonstrates compliance with the Tri-Agency Open Access Policy on publications. They were asked to reflect upon whether they would use such a Badge on their own research outputs.
