Hamila, Oumaima; Henry, Christopher J.; Molina, Oscar I.; Bidinosti, Christopher P.; Henriquez, Maria Antonia 2023-03-09 The UW-MRDC 3D WHEAT dataset represents multispectral point clouds (PCs) of multiple wheat cultivars grown in controlled-environment cabinets at the Morden Research and Development Centre (MRDC) in Manitoba, Canada. The wheat PCs represent both Fusarium head blight (FHB)-infected and uninfected samples. The multispectral information within the PCs is defined by the red, green, blue (RGB), and near-infrared (NIR) colour information. The dataset was used to develop automated models to detect FHB symptoms in wheat, estimate the total number of spikelets and the total number of infected spikelets in a wheat head, and estimate the FHB severity in wheat.

Map search instructions

1.Turn on the map filter by clicking the “Limit by map area” toggle.
2.Move the map to display your area of interest. Holding the shift key and clicking to draw a box allows for zooming in on a specific area. Search results change as the map moves.
3.Access a record by clicking on an item in the search results or by clicking on a location pin and the linked record title.
Note: Clusters are intended to provide a visual preview of data location. Because there is a maximum of 50 records displayed on the map, they may not be a completely accurate reflection of the total number of search results.
