An online survey tool was used to examine voter attitudes and preferences in the 40th Canada General Election. Respondents provided information regarding their government and party leader preferences as well as priorities for the next government. Respondents were also asked specific questions on minority and coalition governments; the leadership of the Liberal Party, Stephen Harper, and issues that affected their decision to vote the way they did. This study has a sample of 36,141 respondents.

This survey examines voter attitudes and preferences at the time of the 42nd General Election. Respondents were queried on their voting preferences, feelings toward minority and coalition government, issues affecting their vote, and opinions on party leaders and democratic reform. Respondents were also asked about their religious identity and practice, as well as their news-reading and news-sharing habits with traditional, online, and social media. This study has a sample of 12,137 respondents.

Ipsos Canada 2017-02-02 This study is a 5-week omnibus survey conducted during the 41st Ontario General Election, held on June 12, 2014. An online survey tool was used to examine voter attitudes and preferences in the 41st Ontario general election. Respondents were polled in five waves: Wave 1, May 6-9 (n=821); Wave 2, May 12-14 (n=801); Wave 3, May 20-21 (n=800); Wave 4, May 26-29 (n=868); Wave 5, June 3 (post-debate) - June 6 (n=2,140). Respondents provide information regarding government and party leader preferences, party support, issues that affected the election campaign, as well as priorities for the new government. These 5 waves were then merged into one dataset (total n=5,430); not all Respondents volunteered their time for each wave. Respondents include individuals recruited through the Ipsos Canada 2014 Ontario General Election Staging Survey.

Ipsos Canada 2017-01-30 This study is a Pre-Debate Survey conducted by Ipsos Canada on the day of and just prior to the Leader's Debate for the 2014 Ontario General Election, June 3, 2014. An online survey tool was used to examine Respondents' perceptions of the leaders of the three major political parties, as well as their voting intentions in the election. Respondents were also queried on the leaders' policies and their performance in the debate, their own forecasted election outcomes, and current issues affecting the campaign. Respondents to the 2014 Ontario General Election Staging Survey were specifically invited to participate in this poll. This study has a sample of 2,287 respondents.

Respondents to this survey were specifically queried on which parties would best deal with economic and fiscal issues (e.g., taxes, the economy, child care benefits, the federal budget) if elected. This survey has a sample of 949 respondents.

Ipsos Canada 2017-03-01 The Ipsos Canada Winter 2004 RBC Housing Study analyzes home ownership trends in Canada. Participants to the survey reveal key information on current home ownership status and short-term intentions, mortgage financing, values of property, as well as Canadians' RRSP contributions to their property. This survey has a weighted sample of 2,000 respondents. The study consists of statistical tables extracted from the original data, as well as reports and presentations.
