This notebook contains information from the 2002 administration of the LibQUAL+® protocol. The material on the following pages is drawn from the analysis of responses from the participating institutions collected in 2002. LibQUAL+ is a survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). Its purpose is to provide libraries with a standardized, effective method to measure the quality of library services based on the perceptions of faculty, students and staff.
