2015-08-03 This data provides the integrated cadastral framework for the specified Canada Land. The cadastral framework consists of active and superseded cadastral parcel, roads, easements, administrative areas, active lines, points and annotations. The cadastral lines form the boundaries of the parcels. COGO attributes are associated to the lines and depict the adjusted framework of the cadastral fabric. The cadastral annotations consist of lot numbers, block numbers, township numbers, etc. The cadastral framework is compiled from Canada Lands Survey Records (CLSR), Registration Plans (RS) and Location Sketches (LS) archived in the Canada Lands Survey Records.

2019-07-26 The Elk Valley Area Based Management Plan (ABMP) - “Elk Valley Water Quality Plan” was developed according to Ministerial Order No. 113 to remediate water quality effects of past coal mining and to guide future development. The Elk Valley Water Quality Plan was developed by Teck with input from the public, First Nations, governments, technical experts and other stakeholders. The purpose of the Plan is to identify a strategy and implement solutions to address increasing selenium and nitrate water concentrations within the Valley, and assess and track levels of cadmium and sulphate in waters; while at the same time allowing for continued sustainable mining in the Valley. The Plan also lays out a strategy to address calcite formation associated with historical and current mining activity. The Plan was submitted to the British Columbia Minister of Environment for approval on July 22, 2014. More information about the development of the Plan, including consultation materials, summaries and reports, can be found at www.teck.com/ElkValley. https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content?id=A519A56BC2BF44E4A008B33FCF527F61

2020-10-06 These structure, isopach and zero edge files are part of a series of stratigraphic framework maps for the Saskatchewan Phanerozoic Fluids and Petroleum Systems (SPFPS) project. The series of stratigraphic framework maps for the Saskatchewan Phanerozoic Fluids and Petroleum Systems (SPFPS) project have been produced using 2 km equi-spaced modified grids generated from Golden Software’s Surfer 9 kriging algorithm. The dataset used to produce each of the maps in this series was created using data from several projects completed by the Ministry (Christopher, 2003; Saskatchewan Industry and Resources et al., 2004; Kreis et al., 2004; Marsh and Heinemann, 2006; Saskatchewan Ministry of Energy and Resources et al., 2007; Heinemann and Marsh, 2009); these data were validated and edited as required to facilitate correlations between the various regional projects. In addition, to minimize edge effects during contouring, the senior author also generated stratigraphic data from wells in adjacent jurisdictions.

2021-04-30 List of issued building permits from the City of Edmonton - Urban Planning & Economy Department for the public to do construction or maintenance on a structure located in the City. Note - All records start from January 1, 2009. Please note : the decision was made to not release applicant information on this dataset as it was seen as a potential privacy issue. For instance, if a high profile member of the public were to apply for a permit, their name (and consequently address) would show up on this table and become easily searchable by the public. We viewed this as a potential issue and decided to publish the dataset without applicant information.
