Schedule E Zone Exceptions Overlay as described in Kingston Zoning By-Law 2022-62. This overlay has the effect of restricting the development or use of a lot or building in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding Legacy Exception in Section 20 and Exception in Section 21 unless specifically amended by the Exception, all provisions of this By-law continue to apply.
City Council enacted the new Kingston Zoning Bylaw Number 2022-62 on April 26, 2022. The Kingston Zoning Bylaw regulates the use of lands and the size and location of buildings for almost all properties in the City of Kingston (all properties except those identified as “Not Subject to this By-law”).
