2040 OCP Transit Supportive Corridors

Description:

Transit Supportive Corridors are the connective tissue that link neighbourhoods in the Core Area to Village Centres both by providing easy transportation connections and options, and by supporting fronting land uses that feature denser residential development and mixed-use land uses. The 2040 Official Community Plan (OCP) was adopted by Council on the 10th of January, 2022. Read more about the 2040 OCP on kelowna.ca.
